Independent of your phone system provider, as long as you have a soft phone installed on your computer, on which your phone account is set up, you can click-to-dial from Logics case's profile page, in order to make outgoing calls. Open a help desk ticket and request for click-to-dial activation.
For incoming calls, we need to know what phone provider and what soft phone you use, in order to instruct you accordingly. After integration, if the incoming call is from a new number, a new case will pop open in a new browser tab. If the incoming call number exists in a case, that case will pop open. You need to be logged in to your Logics account in order for the incoming calls to be able to open cases.
