We are pleased to announce the release of our new Payments Report and our user-friendly User Defined Field (UDF) page.
The new payments report allows you to have a more comprehensive view of your company’s transactions. In addition to filtering by team, date interval, and settlement officer, now you can filter your report based on your merchant accounts and payment statuses.
For our valued clients, adding custom fields to their Logics interface’s Profile tab have always been a high demand feature. However, prior to this release, you needed to send your request for additional fields through a help desk ticket. That’s not the case anymore. Now you can define and create your own user defined field (UDF) and add it to the bottom of your Profile tab our Services tab.
We have prepared instructions to help you find your way around these new features. We encourage you to take some time and study the attached instruction.
