IRS Form 433-A (OIC) Collection Information Statement for Wage Earners and Self-Employed Individuals has been added to irsLogics. 

Fill out the Form 433-A(OIC) if you are an individual wage earner and/or a self-employed individual. This will be used to calculate an appropriate offer amount based on your assets, income, expenses, and future earning potential.
