API Key Required for Post Leads

Effective immediately, our post-lead API services now require an API key for authentication. If you haven’t already obtained an API key, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Security tab in Logics >> API Key
2. Generate an API Key: Create a new API The key must have the necessary permissions (Case.Write).
3. Copy the Key: Once generated, Copy the API key.
4. Include the API Key: When making API requests, including the API key as the APIKey parameter is essential. This is a crucial step in ensuring your requests are authenticated.
