Lead Distribution

Dear Logics Users,

We are pleased to announce the release of Lead Distribution feature.

You can design your distribution plans from Administration/Lead Distribution and then apply your plans to your leads from Case Filter Actions, to distribute leads among your team members.

Lead Distribution feature is only available to Premium accounts.
