First check the email's spam folder and make sure that the email is not in there. If the Logics welcome email is not in spam folder it is because your user’s email address has been suppressed by our mail server. If Logics account was created before the email address is created, the email address will be suppressed due to nonexistence at the time of delivery. We can remove the email address from the suppression list, if you open a help desk ticket and provide the email address.
