- Click on "Settings" button on top right corner of the IRSLogics application, Go to Transcript Tab
- Enter your IRS E-services credentials i.e UserName, Password and IRS Organization.
- IRS Organization corresponds to the list of organizations that appear when you log in to your E-services account. Select the Organization for which you are authorized to perform the task. See the screen shots of E-services website and Settings window of your logics account respectively, for reference.
- Make sure the First Name, Last Name, CIF and TIN that you input are same as that of your E-services account.
- Install IRS2GO app from play store or apple store, and set up your app accordingly.
- Subsequently, go to the case on your IRSLogics account >> Transcript tab
- Select the product and years for which you would like to fetch the data.
- Click on the Generate transcripts button at the bottom left corner of the page, It will prompt you to enter a code, that you will receive either on your IRS2GO App or via SMS, depending on the mode of authentication you chose.
- Click on submit button, your request will be submitted and processed internally by transcript delivery server.
- Once the request is successful, the transcript will automatically appear in the documents tab of the case.
- In order to check the status of your request, you can go to Tools >> Transcript Logs
