- Login to IRS logics - you must be a member of the Admin role
- On the left menu, click on "Users" under "Security"
- Click on the "New User" button
- Enter the user information in the general tab
- Select at least one role in the "Roles" tab
- Make sure the "Send welcome email" box is checked
- Click "OK"
- New users will receive a welcome email in their mailbox which will allow them to set their password and login to the site
