How does Mass SMS Feature work?

Dear Logics Users,

With Mass SMS feature you can send the same text message to up to 50 cases at a time.

Things to keep in mind when sending Mass SMS:

1. Users with permission to use case filter actions can send mass SMS.
2. Mass SMS can only be sent to sold cases. Do not select more than 50 cases for sending mass SMS.
4. Pressing Enter on the text box sends the message to all selected recipients.
5. The text message can contain up to 160 characters.
6. Beware of FCC rules for spamming and sending Unwanted Text Messages and Emails. Click here for more information.
7. You can use SMS templates and the merge fields in them to personalize the messages sent to each client in a mass SMS.

Note:

It is highly recommended that you use SMS only for informational purposes and only for your clients. Avoid sending SMS to prospects for marketing purposes.
