eSign 2.0 makes it simple for your clients to review and sign documents on any device: desktop, tablet or mobile phone. The clean, fast interface guides signers through every field, so there's less confusion and fewer questions.
Here's what's new in eSign 2.0:
- Modern, mobile-friendly design: the fresh interface adjusts to any screen size, so your clients can sign comfortably from their phones, wherever they are.
- Review before you submit: a new "Review Your Document" screen shows every page in one continuous scroll, with signed sections highlighted for easy navigation.
- Easy signatures and initials: clients can draw or type their signature and choose from a variety of signature font styles.
- Seamless one-time signing: one-time signing (OTS) links take clients directly to the document, with no extra login steps.
- Download and save anywhere: after signing, clients can download the completed document or save it directly to Dropbox or Google Drive.
- Existing links keep working: links in earlier eSign emails still work, with no changes needed on your side.
Getting started is effortless. eSign 2.0 is already active for all your signature requests. There's nothing you need to do.
